Full (Monthly) Service
Our Full Service option, or Monthly Service option, is the most recommended service plan with Mosquito Management System.
It guarantees your system will always receive the attention and maintenance it deserves, with a visit from one of our uniformed technicians every 4-6 weeks.
We offer optional contracts to allow you to lock in your rate per nozzle/month for up to two years. Give you and your family peace of mind and let Mosquito Management System take care of your system year round! Below is a detailed description of everything you will receive on monthly service.
MONTHLY SERVICE
Invoices/Billing
As a monthly customer, you have the option to have a credit/debit card saved onto your account for automatic billing each month. Your fixed, monthly rate will be auto-drafted from the card of your choice within the last week of every month.
You can always request a specific date to have the payment drafted as well. Invoices will be sent typically one week after your service call.
You can choose to have these emailed or mailed to your home address or office. If your card has already been charged for the service call in advance, we will make note of it on the invoice that we received the payment.
Scheduling
Your mosquito misting system will be serviced every 4-6 weeks to ensure that it is running at optimal level. Because you are a monthly customer, if you notice any problems with your system we will send a technician out to service your home within 48 hours of the initial phone call.
Coverage
If your system is NOT a Mosquito-Pro misting system, you are not covered under our System Warranty until we have replaced the parts with our own.
For example: If you are a monthly customer with a different system than ours and your pump breaks, you will pay for a replacement pump and we will install it for you. This is to protect us from taking over service done by a company that did an inadequate job, then having to replace your system’s parts for their mistakes. You do have the option of purchasing our system from Mosquito-Pro – available all at once, or parts at a time.)
HOWEVER; after the replacement part is installed on your system, the new part now has a Lifetime Warranty with Mosquito Management System for however long you choose to remain a monthly customer of ours.

*ALL chemical refills, replacement nozzle tips, replacement nozzle filters, tubing, fittings, leak detection and repairs, chemical boosts (when needed), intake filter replacement, thorough system inspection each month, tank cleanings and filter rinse, spray time monitoring, adjustment of spray times, remote programming, etc.*
AND – up to 3 FREE Mosquito Management System FastFogs per year!

As a monthly customer, Mosquito Management System will come out to your home within 24 hours of the event and FastFog the location (using our own backpack fogger) to ensure there are no pesky unexpected guests!
