Consumption-Based

Under our Consumption Based service plan, you will be under our basic system maintenance option. We will visit your home once every 2-3 months, depending on your nozzle count and chemical usage. Our uniformed technician will visit your home and perform a full system evaluation to make sure your system is working efficiently.

As a Consumption Based customer, you have the option to have a credit/debit card saved onto your account for automatic billing after the service has been done.

If not, we will send you an invoice after the service call with detailed descriptions and amounts of what was done. Because you are under our Consumption Based service plan, you will not be paying for a service call charge and all chemical refills will be pro-rated depending on how much was needed. However, all other services will be charged full price at our current service rates.

Your mosquito misting system will be serviced every 2-3 months to make sure it is maintained and running properly. If you notice any problems with your system in between your service appointments you can always call us, and we will place you on the next available route to your designated area.

Under our Consumption Based service plan, your system (pump, motor, and controller) is under a TWO-year system warranty from the date of the initial installation. If your system is NOT a Mosquito Management misting system, you are not covered under our System Warranty until we have replaced the parts with our own.

For example, if you are a Consumption-Based customer with a different system than ours and your motor breaks, you will pay for a replacement motor and we will install it for you. This is to protect us from taking over service done by a company that did an inadequate job, then having to replace your system’s parts for their mistakes. (You do have the option of purchasing our system from Mosquito Management – available all at once, or parts at a time.)
