Call-In Service

Under our Call-In Service Plan, your home will be serviced ONLY when you contact us. Your family will be responsible to keep an eye on the system, and whenever you notice a problem just let us know. The rates for Call-In service are the same as our Consumption Based Service customers; however you will be charged a service call charge on your invoice because you are not on a routine schedule.

Once you call in with the service request, we will place your appointment on our next route to your designated area.

Your system warranty under the Call-In Service Plan is within ONE-year of the installation date. This includes your pump, motor, and controller. Please read the ‘Coverage’ section under our Consumption Based Service Option page for more information on this warranty.
